Name of company/service: TIkona Broad Band service
My name is Sudarshan (Service Id 1103290009), I had forcefully
enrolled to TIkona Broad Band service since from Jan 2011. Earlier the
plan which I had selected was for 6 months 300 kbps & I had paid lump
sum amount of Rs. 3639/- to activate the same. After then it was
observed that Tikona network was very bad and the speed was too slow,
I had requested either to refund my funds or change the plan to cb-
299 2mbps speed. Again I had a problem speed was too low and even
network problem; I had not used the service most offently. Due to
frastration and irritation I had also requested to stop my service
immediately. But then I requested to kindly adjust my payment &
then discontinue the service.
After six months I suddenly received a bill for the month of October, which was more than Rs. 2000/-. This was very frastrating, these peoples are cheaters. They had already used my money since from january 2011 & I
had told them earlier that once the money is been adjusted do not
continue the service. Then also they were keeping on sending below bills. I had never asked them to pay the interest for the money which they had hold, but they are asking me to pay the bills which were irrelevant. I had already asked to discontinue my service.
I had sent so many mails to below id for discontinuation of service since from April 2011 till Dec 2011, but no one had taken pain to respond. I had all interaction mails with me & will take strict action on the below.

Now after two years they crossed there limits & went to a height.
Today I had received a call from number 8505020435, stating that “we are advocate Name Mr.Rajendra & Mr.Amit Chaudhary, your tikona bill payment of Rs.2800/- is pending. Tikona had filed charge sheet of sec 420, 437, 448 on you. We will settle the case if you pay the above amount by 4 PM. Otherwise you need to pay 1 lakh once the case is registered. They called me twice, for information and again for the payment.
I had now filled complaint against Tikona in consumer forum.
This is a malpractice which they are doing, extortion.
