illegal activation of data package and deduction charge from my main balance

i am rajni bharati , mobile no 7837298079 , punjab , i got call vodafone no.911408839283 , and they activate data package in my sim without permission and deduct amount 58 rupees from my main balance with service registration no 2375304212 , they does it frequently , in past also , please take some action against it and return my money
