Not able to do Outgoing calls

Dear Top Mgmt,

Please note that I have purchased a new prepaid connection from East Delhi, details are above mention. After purchasing I am having only receive the incoming calls and not able to do outgoing calls. Regarding with the same I recharge the above number for Rs 50/-. After that, still the problem not resolved.

After that, I exchanged the sim with other handset, still the problem was not solved.

Even I talked to your executives numbers of time, but they are helpless & just providing us useless information/answers even they are not listening us properly. They put my call on hold for a long time at every-time and told me that I have to concerned with local dealers. For that I tried to your regional delhi head office (Okhla & Mathura Road) but they are not picking the phones.

Now I am finally putting this entire case in consumer court by today itself positively by 15:00 clock.
