Hi,
I have applied for renewal of my passport from Super Seva. It is going to be 2-3 weeks and no one came back to me with any updates. I every day call then number comes busy or switched off and if they picked up the phone they say our manager will provide you updates but manager never calls me back. I even tried to call hum several times his number always comes busy.
I have even asked for refund of my money but they are not doing it.
