Fraud by Cache Mercantile and SBI Card

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was contacted by a person calling from masters & visa card department saying that they will provide discount card on behalf of SBI card i am holding without paying anything through cache mercantile. I confirmed the same from SBICard vide my email dated 26th April. I was told over telephone by SBICard customer care that there are few disputes between SBI and cachemercantile. However i can take the discount card if it suits me and they are genuine.

I again got a call on 21/05/2013 from Mr. Servesh Sharma claiming himself employee of Masters & Visa Card and he explained me that i have more than 9000 expired rewards points on my SBI card which will be adjusted against the price of discount card i.e. Rs. 6999/- and balance (Rs. 2000/-) will be credited to my credit card. He also told me that apart from this there is no way i can get my expired rewards points back. Based on this i have taken their proposal proposal on 21/05/2013. I found that RS. 6999/- has been charged from my credit card. Details of my SBI card and person spoken to me are as below :

I immediately inquired and i was told that amount of Rs. 6999/- will be adjusted against total expired rewards points against my card once i get the kit and tell then the offer code mentioned in the kit. On 08/07/2013 after i got the kit, i informed and SMS the Offer number mentioned on my kit (Offer no. XU7BGN). On repeated attempts to contact Mr. Servesh, i finally able to contact him on 10/07/2013 and i was told that my case has been processed and i will get my money back by Monday i.e. 15.07.2013 evening. So far i have not received the amount in my credit card. Now they are not responding and not picking up the my phone.

I have call recordings with me as a proof of this fraud. I can share the same if required.

It simply appears to be a fraud and which should be immediately stopped before more people are duped.

I request to you to please look into the matter and get my Rs 6999.00 adjusted at the earliest.
