MTS offered me Mblaze at RS 100 and rental charges of 500 per month.
I said person who came to me to sell device that if speed will not b 3.1 mbps than I will return your device.
After using it for 3-4 days in Noida,Sector 44,Village-Challera, I found that speed is very very low. I called the person who sell device and he said that due to network issues your speed is slow. Wait for 1-2 days than I will check it again.
Again after 2-3 days i called them that in Delhi speed is good but here speed is very bad. I asked him to take his device back. But he didn’t came and neither he received call.
After few days MTS generated bill on my account.Now they sent court letter to me that your amount is pending and you are failed to pay your due amount.
Amount is just Rs. 1320. But why should I pay. They gave me poorest service and their service providers who sell devices is not picking my call to take back their device. Broadband speed was too low.
Ravindra vats is the advocate who sent this letter to me. I am just sharing this post to tell all you guys that MTS service is the worst service in broadband.
They Do false commitments to you before selling device.
They do not co-operate with you.
They produce false bills to you.
They harass you by sending court letters.
They never listen to their customers.
Their broadband connection is the worst connection.
