Dear Sir
I have broadband connect from SSV broadband and i have 2 MPBS speed unlimited connection….I dont get even 256Kbps speed none of the site gets opened…I pay 1000 Ruppees per month…
If i delay payment by 2 days they stop my connection but they never count their downtime…
I have lodged complaint since 1st july and loged it several times but none of engineer has called me for the issue…
Everytime they say engineer visited I am a bachelor and working guy no one stays at home..he should call me then I will manage to come early…i waited whole sunday at home they said they are sending engineer but none of them visited…Please lodged a complain and file FIR against them..They are so ruthless…
