All House hold Goods not delivered by packers and movers

I have shifted my house hold goods from Thakur complex to sector 45 Chandigarh on dated 28/03/2013 thru Unison Logistics & Packers Pvt. Ltd, Add.Shivlok Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., shop no. 10 & 11, survey No. 240, Pipeline Road, Opp. Dadlani Park, Balkum Thane(w) 400608, Tel:-022-254330031,Mob:9320066922 (Munish). Email Contact@unison packers.com, some of my goods worth Rs 6750/- has(giving original price but the value of emotion attached with are very-very high) not been delivered at my Chandigarh residence and remarks with Driver’s initials has been taken.
After repeated telephonic calls given to Co. representive (Munish). he assurence has given to us, whenever i got time to call him every time he replied the same.we are trying to find the things. Even the goods were not delivered in good condition.
Need your help to recover my lost goods and to penalize the Company so that the company should avoid such mistakes in future.
