Post to prepaid issue and gibberish policies of tata docomo.

I’m encountering a concern with TATA docomo 3g dongle. Please find my concern below.

1) One day I purchased my 3g dongle from my office and that connection (7276159382) was activated on April 5th, 2013. Before taking a connection I asked some question about dongle from docomo representative. He replied my concerns but information he provided was incorrect. Please find few concerns I raised.

a) Will it work in all over India? He replied you can use it anywhere where docomo network is present. But he didn’t tell me about any roaming changes due to it I’ve to pay 2600 Rs.(approx) as roaming charges. This information had to tell me by representative but he didn’t.
b) Can I change my connection type from post to prepaid? He replied in positive.

2) After paying 2600 Rs to Docomo I raised a complaint regarding that manner. I got a call from Kolkata (+913366155600) regarding this issue from person and got his email too but I didn’t get any resolution. I send them a mail regarding how could they close complaint without resolution but they didn’t reply. Then after I forgot that issue and moved ahead.
3) Then I raised a request of postpaid to prepaid of my dongle so that roaming charges incident would not happened again. After submitting a document at Pimple saudgarh, Pune Docomo store, they told me we’re not able to process your request as your connection is corporate one but I was told I can easily migrate after 3 months.
4) Then I raised another complaint I got a call from Kolkata (+913366155630) from a representative shanaz. She filed a complained then on last day of resolution I got a call from number +9179616000151. Firstly he was saying I didn’t submit my document when I told him I got a call from docomo store Pune (0206500053) regarding this issue then he accepted about document submission. After telling my concern he told me corporate customer cant switch post to prepaid. Then I got frustrated n told him disconnect my connection . He told me if you disconnect connection I’ll have pay cost of dongle i.e.1500 consequently I got annoyed and told I will pay and disconnect the call after that I got a message my complaint got closed.
5) I drop so many mails to Tata docomo higher management on this issue but I didn’t get any response.

    What solution do i expect from you after dropping so mails? Everytime i’m getting wrong information. Even talking to your corporate office on call (022-66671414/66615111) they are not talking to me professionally. whatelse i expect from.
