Hi,
I had renewed the annual pack of TV channels thru Tata Sky in the Month of Sept 2012 for Rs 3100/- as per confirmed by their executive. But now in the month of June 2013 only they had disconnected my service. When enquired they replied instead of annually they had deducted Rs 3100/- on monthly basis and so on June 2013 the balance remained less and accordingly they had disconnected the service.
But the question is when I had paid them Rs 3100/- for annually then why did they have deducted on monthly basis. during the time of renewal I had clearly asked them about the discount if any but on that time the executive replied “currently there is no offer available” so no discount is available apart from 3100/- rs for annual charges. Hence accordingly I had renewed annually by paying 3100/-.
For investigation, about my chat with executive for annual renewal you can get the recording from Tata sky as they record all conversation of the customers.
from last 1 months am regularly complaining and kept calling Tata sky but they are behaving like un professional and like road side vendor. every time I call them they ask me about my compliant and then turn down by saying they will revert back after checking the issue, but even if the call me back they again ask me my problem and again says they will revert back.
Since the service was disconnected in the month of June 2013, temporary I had renewed the service for 1 month expecting the Tata sky will resolve my issue and will provide the service for remaining months but now it was not done and they had refused to provide the services for rest of the month.
Now am total frustrated and been harassed by Tata sky with their behavior and service and want to take legal action on them and want compensation for non-service and mental harassment.
I hope consumer forum will help me and will do justice.
