Cheated by Nokia -Giving False specification about Lumia phones..

Location/place: Navi Mumbai

Name of company/service: Nokia

I visited Nokia Website for Specification Lumia 520 in that they mentioned the below video format will play-
Video playback codecs: VC-1, Windows video, H.264/AVC, H.263, MPEG-4
Video playback file formats: MP4, WMV, AVI, 3GP, 3G2, M4V, MOV
Video recording formats: MP4/H.264.

But after I purchase I was not able to play videos in AVi format.The same I spoke to nokia care they told me, ” Avi format not supported in Lumia phones and the details given in the website was wrong or mistaken.” The same problem my friend is having in Lumia 720.

Nokia are giving their customers the false specifications about their product for better sale. Not acceptable from Brand like Nokia. Very Disappointed.

Feel like cheated by NOIKA
