Refunding half o f the Money after sending defective product

I purchased one adidas Shorts from the “www.indiarush.com” on 5th may 2013 @ Rs400.

But the product was defected and not upto the mark and moreover the adidas hologram was also missing from the shorts. So i woulds say that product was nearly duplicate.

After lodging a complaint on 14th May 2013 the pickup was initiated on 24th May 2013 and at that point i was not present at home. So after continous reminders the next puckup was intiated at 14th june 2013. Pickup was intiated from there end from bluedart.

Now after nearly 2.5 months they are saying that they will only refund half of the money as the product is now destroyed because it was delivered to another place from bluedart.

So please look into this fraud sited selling there duplicate product.
