This is my request to nokia kindly give me a new handset or give me my money back bcoz i have purchased nokia lumia 920 on dt: 08/07/2013 from nokia priority showroom but there is some problem in battery backup every 2 hours the phone will be off automatically after that i go to your nokia priorty showroom they will charge the phone with some his own charger & told me that go to customer care of nokia Add of purchase is M/S trivenis Nokia priority Showroom Alwar 300301.My phone no.07665779000 emailid: [email protected]

sir my salf sambhu nath bol . I live at 17 satghara lane , BAKSARA, HOWRAH-711110
Sir I wants to know that can a cable operator charge forcefully to his customer . my local cable operator S.C.N. paid to N.N.C.N. only Rs. 30 per set-top box and charge customer Rs. 150 par box . most probably he purchase a set-top box at Rs. 600-700 and sale those at Rs. 1500. he says that there has a scarcity of box . but already he has many box at his home & office . the S.C.N. cable operator name is PARMOD CHOWDHURY , address is 28/4 baksara road , post- baksara ,dis. -howrah.
he also says that LOC from is not needed for customer and need not to fill this . i don’t why . sir as a customer i wants to know that there has a any rule or process to stop this . my email ID is :- [email protected] and my phone number is 8620935010. sir if you reply me for this I will be happy .
