I had purchased a new Micromax HD mobile and within a few days I got charging problem in it so I sent it to service center of micromax (Jodhpur) this service center is authorized service center, and my job sheet num: W02033806134213279 and complain num: 2706135965 , now 1 month complete but mobile not repaired yet and not received.
When I call in service center he said that 7 days more time require every time, now I have called 20 time in call center but not received positive response in fact I emailed to ‘[email protected]’ and ‘[email protected]’ however till now no any response. please resolve the problem and give any suggestion.
