I buy a nokia c3-01 on 28-07-2011 from FAIRVIEW TRADECOM (P) LTD.(Nokia priority) chandni chowk street, kol-72. bill no-1626 vat no-19604544095. IMEI no-356268048001344. but when i go to nokia care to update phone software on 14-06-2012, they told me that my hand set is out of warrenty from April 2012 and i have been charged Rs. 150/- for the maitainence where as my hand set is within warrenty period. i go to the showroom to complain, they refuse to help me in any manner and told me to go home as they don’t want me to help.
