With deep regret, I would like to state to the following fact as a complain that we are having an Indane gas connection & this is arround 60 days running to the past & we are availing no gas to cook in our home.Thus, following details are being filed for your kind perusal :
Sir, we are hoding the Indane gas connection in the name of my mother, Kumkum Guharoy since 2007 & we are residing at rented house ,shifted from Bally to Bhadrakali area in the month of may’2013.So, for that purpose, my mother had submitted all the required documents to the Bhadrakali distrubuter,s office(BLUE STAR,43,Bhadrakali,Hooghly,Phone-26940096,Distributor’s code_140374) & they had issued the paper (TV/TVS)on 17/5/2013 without changing the previous consumer no.i.e.-33748 & it is still remained as same as our prior consumer no. issued by the MODERN GAS AGENCY(Bally distributer, code-40433).After fullfilling of all papers & formalities,according to the advice of their officer, my mother had tried at least 3 times to book her gas through phone( 1st booking done on 20/5/13-booking no.was-510213,that had cancelled by the distributor himself (Named as “GORA BABU”)& replied that our connection had posted wrongly to the NSDC(non subscriber category). On the basis of that fact & his advice, my mother had booked her gas 2nd time on 3/6/13-against booking no.515326, but,surprisingly, it was the same thing ,happend again with my mother as earlier &as the 3rd time there after, while she is trying to book her own gas.
Sir, it is now really be come a painfull event to us to cook. we are visiting more or less daily basis to the BLUESTER office & asked for solution.But, instead of resolving this issue,All those persons (mr. Sattyen,/ Sanatan, ,mr. Jagannath & others)are showing their attitude upon us & keep trying to ignore our issue by saying unreal,unfair & undesirable story since last 60 days
( sometime bassed on the SERVER /SYSTEM ISSUE/ even sometimes, they tried to mean that- they were being faded-up on their “Field Officer”,Mr.ANJAN BHATTACHARJEE on this issue. As ,they have mailed so many time regarding this matter,but, he has given no such response to resolve our matter. So, addressing to Mr.ANJAN
BHATTACHARJEE, that person named as Mr.sanatan/Mr.Sattyen has given me his contact no.after spending 60 days & told me like this way: –“we now have nothing to do .on your issue!!!…… all you have to do is called him personally !!! Only he can do the right thing” !!!……..

Sir,it’s true that I had called him up yesterday with a humble request ,but, after confirming the name & my location from calling , he discard my call by saying that “he was bussy then in a meeting” without listening my words.

Sir, If this kind of accountibility lies upon those personalities who represent themselves as the voice of the company as well as customers but, if they deny their responsibility & make customer desatisfy/respond customers dishonourablly/ force customer to realies that they are meaningless to the company’s agenda, Then ,I’m really worried to ask you that—-doesn’t it convey a silent message to those customers like me who have been suffering from this kind of Service issue for no means ???& it is created from the company’s / employee’s end & for that we as customer have to suffer for no reason??? Doesn’t it affect on the company’s goodwill / on the relibility/trust??? Their activities to the customers sound like : “not to feel good & be delighted to use the product & expect to have the commited service from the company’s end for each & every customer but , to feel hopeless/rather helpless being a customer of the prestigious organisation like INDANE.

Sir, I hope you will understand our circumstances as a general customer. It’s my only request to you that please look into the matter & do the needfull to resolve our issue at your earlieast.
