sir,
airtel has deducted 30Rs from my account on the name of downloading rex pack.the No. is 9651075054
i use internet on mobile. when i was surfing on 14/07/13 in morning i suddenly got a message that i have downloaded rex pack and my 30rs were deducted and almost only 1 RS remained in my account.
sir, i even dont know what the rex pack is. and i didnot accepted any condition or message.
Sir, i use mobile office setting of internet which only use my data account, not main account, still this happened.
And when i tried to complain on 198 the call recieved first time but nobody spoke.. i tried second time then my call was rejected with an IVR responce.
Sir please resolve my problem becouse airtel has cheated me and closed all the ways to call customer care.
