My number is 9829175556 it’s a mnp number I port ths number from airtel to vodafone before 3years n frm that day to til date I hve a regret y I port my number frm airtel to vodafone n I wish to port my number again frm vodafone to airtel but due to busy schedule cnt afford one day mobile without services.
Vodafone is having very poor customer satisfaction. Vodafone Alwys say happy to help but reality is far different frm ths mny times I had a very bad xperince wid vodafone regarding scheme activation, data charges. Recently I have a very bad xperince on data recharge n data charges
I recharged my mobile on 10th of July 13 by 498 for data recharge n it was not activated so I cald customer care so thy said it wil start by 11th morning so when it was nt started on 11th mrng I cald customer care to resolve the problem n activate my scheme so thy askd to wait for 24-48 hours. After completion of 48 hours my scheme is not activated I again cald customer care thy said to wait for again 24 hours n thn I again I waited for 24 hours n thn I cald y it’s not activated thy said we send ur request to othr department to knw y ths complaint is not resolved til d Tim so pls wait for 24-48 hours n nw 48 hours is also abt to complete but my complain is not resolved n I m still waiting. Companies lik vodafone just making their profit frm Indian market n sending tht profit to there own country they r not botherd abt their Indian customers thy knw very well indian laws r nt strong tht thy look for this kind of small issues n bound these Companies to solve there problems as soon as thy are registered n if these complains n not solved within a Tim frame n regularly this types of complains registerd on national forum or consumer forums thn before allotting ny circles or services to this companies Indian government should resticrt or bound thm to provide quality services to indian customer othrwise no need to bid for nythng or no need to expand your business in Indian market.
