I recently ordered a phone(intex aqua i5)from ebay.in. Order no -3400592335252 and expected date of delivery was 12th july but still it is not even shipped.I tried contacting the seller but he did not responded.So i called them to give me my refund, but they refused.If i call them they keep on giving excuses.NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO????
