my name is praveen jha and my mobile no. is 9824780824 . i have rechared with 645/- two week before in which i was promised 3gb data in full 3g speed after that unlimited data usage in 80 kbps speed .After 3gb used speed became so slow that i can not browse and downloading speed is 6 to 9 kbps while last month i had 2g pack and i was getting 18 to 24 kbps in same mobile and same place. l told many time to costomer care but they gave me false solutions. I reset my mobile ,sending massage and using on other device on telling by costemer care but everything was waste .Because of this slow speed i irritated and not use this 3g unlimited data.please help me
