After explaining the problem it has been 6 days no one is letting me know what is the issue is with my phone. Customer care not escalting and keep on making me call after 24hours. Service center phone number of no use as it is always busy. I tried to reach out to mediacenter of company but they are also not responding to emails. I do not know whom to reach. I did biggest mistake of my life that I bought this company phone. No one is responding or helping they have phone with them and it has been 6 days I am only following with them it is kind of harrasement. No one in company care about customer service which is kind of truma. I will never suggest to buy this company phone. Now not sure if I get help or no.
