dear sir
i bought a nokia mobile phone on 2012 august,model asha 305 dual sim

2.353689/05/552517/7
Its touch pad got complaint on the last week of may.I approached Nokia care center in kollam name CELL WORLD, UNITY BUILDING,Ist FLOOR OPP.CO-OPERATION BANK,MAIN ROAD KOLLAM
First time they told me that they dont have the spare part.It will come with in 20 days.after 20 days i approached them that time they told that it didnt come.After that i approached them 2 or 3 times.but they are not ready to do anything.i fearing that the guarantee will become over with in 3 weeks.please do the favour mmediately
