disconnection of electricity even after the bill paid.

i m Mandar Bhosekar living in pimpri, pune , i had paid my electricity bill 2 weeks prior to the last date of payment…. yet they had disconnected my light connection ..when asked they said that they didn’t knw how my name came in there list of people who had nt paid dere bill. this has happend with me now for almost 3 times. i want to lodge a complaint regarding this issue.. hope for ur help n support regarding this matter.. my billing unit is at 4615/bhosari-2 sub div/ph no.020-27129294. thks..
