not giving what they had mentioned

GTPL is the wrost company i’d ever seen
they had written in their brochure that 1 MBPS for rs4700 , bt they are not giving even 150 kbps properly , when i am calling they are telling me that this is the only speed we will provide you,
bsnl even airtel is better and cheap(in monthly price for internet) in compare with this company,my total money 4700rs for 6 month i’d given is not worthy,,even my mobile internet speed is faster than it!!
