I would like to know how the Service Tax and Service Charges are charged to Consumer who has had lunch in Well know restaurant.

Kindly let me know the Details most of the well know food giants are charging excess to customer and avoiding collected tax to Government.
I would Like to file a consumer Complaint on these matters, Please guide me in all possible ways to stop these unwanted charges.
