balance deducted and no contact to customer care.

I’m a realiance gsm subscriber since 2012.I purchased this sim-card for emergency use (in case my other sim doesnt work ).I recently inserted on 12 July.And now reliance started deducting my balance.firstly I was charged 3 rs,then today I received a message from reliance that your callertune has been renewed which was not even activated by me.and today in the evening the message came that I was charged, Rs 23 over a service named CRBT.this service was also not activated by my side.There’s no answer when I call customer care. I’m trying to call customer care since 4:00 o’clock. And now also on 8:00 o’clock its saying that this root is busy.does it take 4 hours to answer even a single call.I heared that reliance is a very good company but what kind of behavior is this..!! This lead reliance down in my view .and obviously ill make sure no one in my contact goes for buying a ***** reliance sim-card.My no.is 7303882778.No contact to customer care what a bad company.
