Dear Sir,
I had booked two rooms for two nights in Manali, Himachal Pradesh through Hotels .com.I paid online and they confirmed my booking.When I reached at Manali with my Family,the hotel people denied to give me any rooms.They do not have any rooms vacant.
I discussed with Hotels .com.After one hour discussion over phone lastly they told me sorry and cancelled my booking and refund the payment to my account after two days.It was Saturday and i could not get any room in any hotels.Lastly after searching hotel to hotel for 3 hours I get one single room for my whole family at a price of 3500=00 for 7 hours only.For the next day I manage to get one family suite in another hotel through one mediator.Our tour was totally spoiled by these peoples.I was too much upset.These peoples must be punished and I should get compensation from them.
