Cheating & Breaching of Agreement – Ramesh Interiors, L.B. Nagar, Hyderabade

Dear Consumer Forum,

The above said company (Ramesh Interiors , Siris Rd, LB Nagar, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh 500070
Phone: 9642585362, 7569844816) was taken work order from me for 2 BHK flat complete interior wood work for Rs. 2,30,000/-. They promised me to complete the work within 1 month of time. But after 2 months also the work is not yet completed and almost 95% amount (2,15,000) already paid to them and suddenly they have stopped the work and no communication. When I called them couple of times they are telling that the work is completed as per the agreement. Where as as per the invoice/Quotation agreement the work is still pending. These guys (Chaman, Sai & Ramesh) of Ramesh Interiors are cheating the customer.

This is nothing but cheating and breaching of agreement and wasting my time and after getting 95% of money ran away and stopped the work.
