• I have placed an order with no. 3139972 on 27/06/2013 via net banking and as per their policies it was supposed to be dispatched within max of 7 working days and delivered within 14 working days. Today is 13thjuly2013 and their 7 days for dispatch and 14 days for delivery are already over and still I haven?t received my product. I have also placed an complaint in their call center and they told me that they will reply be back within 72 hours which are also over now and I haven?t received any communication from their side. Now I again called them and they are again asking for another 48 hours. They have disgusting customer care support and even talking to floor supervisor Ritu and their manager what they have told me with name Nitin also can?t solve my problem.
