Not Resolving problems

Name of company/service: Reliance Netconnect

Dear sir,
I am holding wireless reliance net connect against the no: 9328168505, with the speed of 3.1 MBPS.

From last eight month found that they are charging higher amount saying higher speed of 3.1 MBPS and give us very low speed in KBPS. From last two month i was continuously follow up with reliance customer care but they are not giving proper response and asked that your problem has been solved out within 3 days, but this things repeating from last two months. Even though they are also not providing their seniors phone number even not any offices nos. I had given them several mail but i was failed to got any conclusion.

Some time the speed come 80 – 90 KBPS, if it so then why should i was paid higher amount for lower speed.

This is my request to take strict action against the esteem organisation.
