Snapdeal Not responding after having my product for replacement

Name of company/service: Snapdeal

I had purchased a Nokia Lumia 720 mobile from snapdeal at Rs. 17148 on 1st june 2013. When i opened the product i found that the headsets were faulty so i called them back to replace me with a new one.The arranged the courier pickup on 29th june and the received my product on 5th july. Since than they are not responding to my e-mails and calls, and not providing me with an answer as to when will i get my mobile back. Everytime i call them they say they will call me back in 24 – 48 hrs but still no call from them. pls help me as my Rs 17148 are at stake.
