Hi,
1.5 months back I opted for You Broadband Internet services as I moved to my new home.
I paid an advance 3 month rent of approx 2100 INR. The connection was working fine but 10 days back the Internet Service stopped suddenly.
I thougth it must be some temporary technical issue so didnt report for 1-2 days.
But even after that the services were not restored so I called the technical support team to check the issue. Executive mentioned that the connections in my building were damaged and those must be restored within 1-2 days.
I waited for 2 days and called them back asking about the status. Executive again promised me that services will be restored by next day morning.
But again the same story. When I called the local You Broadband technical expert to know what is the problem, he told that there is no certainity on when the services will be restored. I am stuck completely as I have paid the advance rent for 3 months so cannot opt for another service also. ๐ ๐
Please help.
