service. activated 5th time without my consent

Location/place: sopore j&k

Name of company/service: reliance telecom

It is for the fifth or sixth time that service has been activated automatically without my consent. I have already complained 3-4 times for this. I got refund 3 times. I. Have made request to customer care not to activate this service again, but all in vain. these guys even refuse to listen a word and upon asking how service got activated. they can only say – by ussd command but they do not have that code available.balance got deducted on 8-7-13. No is 9018470078. whenever I recharge my account, these guys deduct money for this bullshit service which I never subscribed .
It sees that. none is listening
