Services barred

Location/place: Gurgaon/NCR

Hi-

I am a customer of Vodafone with Mobile# 09582994432.

My all services has been barred by vodafone with reason that my usage is exceeding the credit limit which is 1400.00INR only.

according to them my outstanding amount is ~8k which is according to standard rates of calls and data usage.

e.g. if I am using 100 Rs. Internet pack of 3G connectivity in that case outstanding amount would be around 3k. however I have to pay only 100.00.

but in that case they will barred my all services because its crossing the credit limit.

accroding to my calculation my ectuall bill amount will be around 1500-1600 which I have been already paid in advance though my services is still barred and vodafone is asking me to pay the unbilled amount to unbarred my services which is not pratically possible, because if I pay the amount per the unbilled amount which is ~8k its nearby my half yearly usage.

Request you to please assist me.
