I convert my mobile no 9533819228 from prepiad to postpaid with 599 plan. After three days reliance change my plan 599 to 299 without any information. than I hae paid bill but in next bill they add my prevois bill and send me.I send mail with all documents but they r not replying me. reliance told me that amount is correct and pay..they r giving me threat with name of Delhi High Court. tell me the procedure to file a case againest Consumer court.
