I have purchase a Mobile from Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt.Ltd, Mumbai Vide Order No: 169962 Dated 10/02/2010,against payment of Rs.3499/= and Shipping Charges Rs.200/= Extra, now very 1st day my mobile is not working properly and i have given a complaine about the same vide complain No : 51375 date 3/03/2010
they told me it is bettry Problem and with in couple of days we sand you a new battry but till today i have not received any battry from them i have given lots of complain but there is no any responce and i lost lots of my business without telephone please advise me and do the necessary help to me to gate full refund
