It has been only 2 months purchasing my grand duos GT I9082 and it has been at service centre 4 times of which 3 times phone has been flashed motherboard has been replaced. Another trauma where my internal; Mic stopped working got that replaced. Also my phone from start was overheating. Even after replacement of motherboard phone still gets hot.
Finally my phone memorycard slot quit detecting External card. Hence I tried diff one no go. took back to service centre which even they accepted some fault with circuit as the top part near camera and speaker and bottom part gets overheated. now it is with them for another replacements. they also tried to replace parts from top portion to fix it. FAILED… Hence I gav them phone for repair. Hence I want an phone replacement irrespective of color.
2 MONTHS SO MANY PROBLEMS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTED. ALSO THERE WAS AN S4 ARRIVED AT SERVICE CENTRE WHOSE CHARGER AREA IN PHONE HAD SHOT AND WAS BURNT COMPLETELY(ONLY BOTTOM PORTION) IS THIS TYPE OF GOODS BEING MANUFACTURED. IF SUCH A COSTLY PHONE CANE BE LIKE THIS THEN MY PHONE WAY TOO BEHIND. PLEASE I SINCERELY REQUEST TO REPLACE MY PHONE.
