I have purchased one refrigerators on 26th May 2013 from great eastern Appliances Pvt ltd chandannagore branch. the model no Samsung RT33FA3FALX and amount is Rs 30,000/- and challan no 0176 it has delivered on the same day and I went for credit card purchase . I have made a down payment of Rs 10000/- and from july every month Rs 2500/- will deduct from my A/c. From the samsung demonstraion was given on 27th May 2013. Now gradually I have seen a gap in the vegetable Tray of nearly one fingure and there is crack inside the refrigerator on the right side of the vegetable tray. So imediately I have informed in Great Eastern in chandannagore on 1st week of july 2013 so accordingly one samsung person visited our residence on 5th July 2013 and he have taken the snap of the crack. Then i got a call from one peron who have have introdeced himself that he is looking after the WB, Bihar and jharkhand from the no 011203055450 at 6 p.m who told me that he will send one of his engineer and he will repair the refrigerator .I told him that i will not take the damaged refrigerator i want a replacement as i have purchased the same not even 40 days back. I will not take the patch work.I dnt want this type of patch work . How come a refrigerator whose age is 40 days can be broken. till date i have already paid Rs 10000/- and my 1st installement deducted on 2nd July of Rs 2500 Till i have to 7 more installement. I have taken the finance from Bajaj Finance I cant take the goods which is having a manufacturing defect and why i will pay 30000/- for the defective one. I have not purchased a 2nd had refrigerator.
Then i have got a call from Mr Ghosal a official of Samsung from the no 8420066937 on 9th July 2013 at 11 A.M and he told me that i have to pay the entire amount i.e 17500/- and i have to get the NO DUE from Bajaj Finance and the Xerox copy of my passbook, Voter card .
I am not a defaulter and at this point of time i have some financial problem and i cant pay back Rs 17500/- within a day or two. I have no problem with Bajaj finance why i will pay them now ining amount to them at one go. If i had Rs 30000/- in my hand on 25th May then I can purchase the refrigerator by cash only why i will go for EMI. In this way they are mentally harrasing me. The fault is from samsung and they are least bother to exchange the refrigerator .
Now at this point of time i want the money return i am not expected this type of service from samsung.
