Default in after sales service of HTC mobile

Sir,
I am currently using HTC ONE S mobile purchase date 17.10.2012 with IMEI no. 352762055244049 and from the very beginning of my purchase of mobile i am facing problems with the handset as it hangs frequently and the home screen button which is feather touch assumes to be pressed automatically which gives a helicopter glitch to the phone. I did went to HTC service center thrice but the response from the other side is not satisfactory as they are unable to solve my problem even a single time, they even keep my handset for 7-10 days for checking purpose due to which i face many problems as my business hampers and they do not even provide spare handset for such a long time.
