Overcharging of monthly installment

Location/place: Hoshiarpur

Name of company/service: Country Club India Limited

I enrolled into Country Club India in their invitation i received in New Delhi in September 2011
1) In the meeting they mentioned of taking Rs 2222 for 36 months, however they charged Rs 4444 during the transactions
2) I requested them to change but with no effect.
3) Due to this I cancelled my membership and informed HDFC bank as well from where my credit card payments to Country Club India was made
4) Post cancellation request without initiation they withdrew Rs80,000 by charging my credit card in November 2012.
Still they have not sent any cancellation acknowledgement, they don’t respond on phone / email / letters.

    I joined country club on invitation.The commitments they did in meetings are all false.
    1. They took 40,000 from me and made installments for balance payments which will be collected from credit card (made by them of banks listed in their list)
    Later on they refuse to make credit card & tell me to make payment either by cash or by taking loan.
    2.I CANCELLED THE MEMBERSHIP & THEY SAY THEY WONT RETURN THE INITIAL 40,000/-
    3.It was said that after taking the membership,stay will be free but on booking they charge for the stay on one pretest or other.
    4. I was provided with free vacation coupon for seven days but later on it was told that I have to pay 4000/-per day for that
