Poor Service and No refunds

Name of company/service: Shree Khurana Travels

I had booked a ticket from Pune to Jabalpur for 24th of May, but I got a call and sms on that day to tell me that the bus has broke down and there is no alternate bus available. I was told that my money will be debited to my credit card within 7 days. Since then I have been calling them for the same and have received no refund. Every time they check my PNR and verify that the bus was cancelled, then tell me that yes it is correct and you will get a refund within seven days, no need to call again. But still no refund has been paid.
