does not issue pan

Location/place: raya, mathura

Name of company/service: nsdl/pan card service

i have applied for pan application with address:
piproli
sardargarh(raya)
mathura(up)-281204

and ihave given voter id card as address proof and address writen in voter id :

piproli

mathura(up)-281204

only middle line is missing which is post office, for this my pin code can be used. because sardargarh(raya) is my post office that means pin code can be use in place of post office.

i have complaint online on the site and i have tried to told my problem but no body ready to understand.
