Name of company/service: Govt Servant in Railway

i had porting my No-9911559267 from Idea to Airtel .The idea closed service on
24.6.2013 & Airtel network came, but it was not activated. It is very
much painful to may that since 24-June 2013. It is not activated till date,
one of staff Sh Nand kishore are daily assuring me that today it shall be activated.
But this are the service of Airtel. should I aspect the solution ?
