wrong information and balance deduction

15 days ago i activated idea blackberry plan of 15 rs./day.
3 days ago i want to deactivate that plan, by sending msg to idea but the reply i got was keyword not found. I msged the same keyword which i daily received from idea.
I called customer care n she told me tht she deactivated tht plan, but insted of deactiving that plan she activated another plan of gprs of 5rs./day.
Yesrday i want to deactivate tht plan so called c.c. N they told me method of deactivation is *800*222#, but the msg , for deactivation of that plan, i got was *800*25#. Which, in real, is a method for activation another plan.
So how they made custmor confuse and deduct their balance, and when i complain this to c.c. They told this all are done by u.

    Idea customer care people does not posses the competencies for solving the problem they will always state the same 2 3 repetitive lines we are sorry for the trouble please for some hours and it will be solved .
    i too am a idea customer and now have started facing the problem in dealing them if i am able to contact them regarding my ISD issue .
