Hi,
I have ordered a shirt and slippers from myntra 3 days back and now today (9 july) I have received an email that your order is been cancelled as it is out of stock. when called myntra they are saying that yes it is out of stock, I was ok with it but then when I asked for a REFUND(as I used my debit card to make the payment) they told me that it will take 10 business days to refund the money. Why the hell they will take 10 business days to refund my money it was not my mistake so instead of giving me compensation they are taking 10 days to refund my money. it was first time I ordered something from myntra online and my experience is pathetic.
I will make sure that me, my friends, my relatives and my family members will not buy anything from them. my order no was 6976985 and my email address is [email protected]
