Hi this is mahaesh from banglore,I am using idea 3G net setter from past few months,but there service is very worst,they simply deducting money without any reason,and if we asked the customer care people will say,we dont have update on this and even they are not ready to respond properly,last month i activated one call related offer through idea itself and money also deducted but i did’t get this offer so i called to customer care,those people will say this offer is not there so you will not get this offer and also you won’t get money,so please someone will take care of this,most of the people were lost their money like this.so kindly look into this kind of issue.

    absolutly r8.
    I am fully agree with u.
    I dont knw, how some plan got automaticaly activated n charged and they dont have any information on their system.

    Again this is idea sirji ,, which claims to be the no1 network in INDIA , if we go through this forum will find out the no of complains against IDEA are many . this only tells the story of IDEA which claims to be the best network service provider .
