Complaint against SBI for deducatio of SMS alert without prior notice or any information.

Hi

I have complaint against State Bank Of India, they deducted SMS charges from my saving account without any prior notice of information. I don’t need any such SMS alert services.

I already talked to my branch to cancel the SMS alerts and to waiver the SMS charges, but till date the charges are not waivered.
