This is a rogue store.
The family run business has absolutely no ethical values.
First they took my phone to replace the battery. Within 2 days of changing the battery my phone refused to turn back on. I took it back to them to get it checked out. It took them more than three weeks to get back to me. On returning the phone i realised that my memory card was missing from the phone that was in their care.
They stole my memory card and now the owners Gopal and Priya refuse to come on the line.
When my phone was given for servicing they made the phone from bad to worse. Now it refuses to even turn on. Added to that the memory card is missing when i picked up the phone and they refuse to take onus.
They claim that the repairs are done in-house and no damage will be done to the phone. All bulls***.
