tata docomo deducted 140rs from my account

dear sir,

i am using tata docomo gsm service.these is my number 8982421190.today i recharged my mobile with 3g internet pack.when i used only 20mb of data then i get sms that i have 109 rs of balance.before these i had 246rs balance in my mobile.
