I had ordered a product through flipkart, which they had shipped through ekart logistics. The tracking website initially showed that the package was “at a hub near you” which was acually very newr to me, and would take hardly 15-20minutes to deliver. An hour later I checked the tracking page, and now it showed that the packaged was in transit to another hub, which was actually a bit far away from my delivery address. I raised a ticket on their support forum, explaining all details, and the exact nature of my query. TWICE. All I got for the query was an apparently system generated reply which simply quoted stuff from the company website. They did not provide any actual reply to either of the 2 tickets I raised. And despite the tracking website showing the package to be at a hub hardly 20minutes from my delivery address, the estimated delivery date is shown to be “11th of july” which is 3 days later. They are being totally vague about the details. They did not answer my queries either.
